The first official poster for the third film in Christopher Nolan's epic Batman feature film franchise has been released. With a teaser poster now revealed, a teaser trailer can't be far behind, can it? Rumours are swirling that it will appear with this weeks release of the new "Harry Potter" movie.
"The Dark Knight Rises", directed by Christopher Nolan, stars Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman, Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Juno Temple, Josh Pence, Daniel Sunjata, Nestor Carbonell, Matthew Modine, Tom Conti, Joey King, Brett Cullen, Chris Ellis and Josh Stewart, opens on July 20, 2012.

The marketing team for The Dark Knight Rises are having some fun again. In the campaign leading up the release of The Dark Knight in 2008, fans were led on a series of viral marketing treasure hunts leading to information about the film. It looks like the same thing is happening with this third film in Nolan's trilogy, starting with this image of Tom Hardy (Inception, Bronson) as Bane.
