Here’s a little Avengers-themed potty humor for you:
Now I can’t tell which Iron Man suit is the most useful: the toilet or Iron Man 2‘s suitcase armor. Happy long weekend everyone!
Breaking Even More Records
by Justin on May.14, 2012, under Film
First off, I’d like to start this post by saying this: for those of you who have yet to see The Avengers, get out of under that rock and head on down to the nearest movie theater.
Now that I’ve got that one off of my chest, here it goes, just two weeks after its opening weekend 207 million dollar record breaker, Marvel’s The Avengers is on its way to passing yet another milestone: one billion dollars worldwide. Yes, that’s right, one billion dollars. This approximate total comes from the 373 million dollars made at the domestic box office and the 628 million dollars made internationally.
Maybe it’s time to go see The Avengers.
Minecraft on the 360
by Justin on May.07, 2012, under Games
Get your diamond picks ready, and watch out for creepers, because in just two days the hit indie game Minecraft will be lining the virtual shelves of the Xbox Live Arcade. It’s going to run you 1600 Microsoft points, which is about $20 in cash. Worry not though, if it’s anything like the original it should be worth every penny.
With the new format comes some new changes to the game, such as:
- Split screen functionality for 4 players, and up to 8 players online.
- A whole new crafting interface optimized for the Xbox 360 controls.
- A tutorial mode for those new to Minecraft.
As always, the game includes biomes, mobs, mining, crafting, and everything else that you’d expect in a Minecraft game. This is definitely something worth checking out, and it won’t make too big a Notch in your wallet.
