The Amazing Spider-Man is calling it quits with issue 700 in December 2012. We will get the final book in the form of 104 pages written by Dan Slott, art by Humberto Ramos. We will also see 5 variant covers.
No official word from Marvel, however, it looks like Spidey is prime for a reboot in the Marvel NOW! initiative.
