SDCC 2012: Item 47 Poster
EW revealed the exclusive Comic-Con poster for Marvel’s new short film Item 47. The story behind Item 47 is that a not-so-ethical young couple recover one of the Chitari weapons and figure out how to make it work. S.H.I.E.L.D. agents played by Lost‘s Titus Welliver, and Maximiliano Hernández (reprising his role as Sitwell from Thor and The Avengers) are assigned the task of stopping them and getting the weapon back. The short film is directed by Marvel co-president Louis D’Esposito.
Marvel will be handing out the poster during Comic-Con at a of Item 47 on Friday night. To attend the screening, you must be in San Diego. You’ll also want to download the free Avengers Second Screen App from the iTunes store, which will provide a series of clues leading to a hunt Friday morning through San Diego. Follow the trail properly and it will lead to a screening that evening.
Non-Con attendees can snag the flick on the Avengers DVD in September.
